RESEÑA 2014

CAPACITACIÓN
Un año de intensa actividad en capacitación para nuestra entidad.

Hemos dictado Cursos para Mucamas, Conserjes, Mozos, Administradores en Hotelería y en Gastronomía, desarrollos Web tanto para Gastronómicos como Hoteleros, Gobernantas, etc.

Como es nuestra costumbre enviamos Capacitadores al interior de la provincia logrando, de este modo, el acercamiento a nuevas técnicas e innovaciones en algunas especializaciones de los mandos Directivos y Operativos en los establecimientos de nuestros Socios.

Para el 2015, tenemos previsto sumar más Cursos en diferentes rubros y ampliar Lugares en la Provincia para dictarlos, será una apuesta importante para lograr como fin, la excelencia en el Servicio de Hotelería Y Gastronomía.

PROMOCIÓN
Llevamos adelante una importante agenda de Promoción en el País y Exterior.

Participamos junto a la Agencia Córdoba Turismo, en todos los Workshop realizados en Capital Federal, Rosario, Santa Fe, Entre Ríos, Mendoza y Tucumán, como así también en Expoeventos (Feria Latinoamérica de Turismo de Reuniones en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires), Las Ferias del Sector Agrícola- Ganadero, en Corredor Ramallo- San Nicolás, en Cañada de Gómez- Santa Fe, Canals- Córdoba, Rio Cuarto y Provincia de Buenos Aires y como todos los años, estuvimos presentes en FIT (Feria Internacional de Turismo) en la Rural de Palermo en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, con un Escritorio Institucional en la Isla de Córdoba durante los cuatro días de la Feria.

A las Ferias en el Exterior se envió material digital que contiene toda la información de nuestros socios.
Cada Fin de Semana Largo, Semana Santa y Vacaciones de Julio, nuestro material de Promoción estuvo en los Puestos de Informe del Aeropuerto Internacional Córdoba y Terminal de Ómnibus de la Agencia Córdoba Turismo, Obispo Mercadillo y Cabildo de la Municipalidad de Córdoba y Atención al Cliente del Shopping Patio Olmos
Continuaremos en este trabajo durante el 2015, buscando nuevos mercados para que visiten Córdoba y desarrollando estrategias junto a la Agencia Córdoba Turismo y la Dirección de Turismo de la Municipalidad de Córdoba que nos permitan lograr un mejor posicionamiento tanto a nivel Nacional como Internacional.

REUNIONES TURISMO

Desde nuestra Federación (FEHGRA), EL Departamento de Turismo encabezado por el Dr. Fernando Desbots y con la participación de nuestra Presidente Cra. Cristina Oddone, llevaron adelante el desarrollo de la página www.argentinaturismosite.com, su renovado sitio y el Link que hoy tiene con el Ministerio de Turismo de la Nación y el Improtur. Impulsaron el Libro de la Gastronomía Argentina, una acabada reseña de los sabores de cada Región de Argentina, fue un año de mucho trabajo de este Departamento pero de importantes frutos logrados a través de la decisión y esfuerzo de nuestras Autoridades.

DERECHOS INTELECTUALES

Nuestra Federación (FEHGRA) lleva adelante la nueva Campaña de Concientización sobre Derechos Intelectuales (Sadaic, AADI- CAPIF, Argentores, DAC Y Sagai), la misma es una continuación del material que Ud. recibió con anterioridad, en esta oportunidad recibirá en breve los nuevos diseños para, de este modo, crear conciencia en el Turista y en el Ciudadano Común de los altos costos que nuestro Sector debe afrontar con estas Entidades.

ALQUILERES INFORMALES

Trabajamos intensamente este año en esta problemática del Sector Hotelero, llevando adelante un pormenorizado cuadro de situación y un análisis de esta realidad que golpea fuertemente a nuestro Socios.

FEHGRA ha creado un Departamento de Trabajo exclusivo de Alojamientos Informales, en el mismo. el representante de la Región Centro es nuestro Vicepresidente Sr. Erik Debarre, quién ha participado de las Reuniones Nacionales, de los encuentros con Diputados y Senadores para lograr llevar adelante una Ley Nacional que regularice esta situación.

Durante 2015 seguiremos atentos y trabajando arduamente desde nuestra Institución con el espíritu de obtener resultados positivos para nuestros Asociados.
