Los establecimientos de alta categoría de la ciudad de Córdoba registraron la mayor ocupación durante el pasado fin de semana largo del 25 de mayo. A escala general, la capital alcanzó casi 60% de ocupación, con más de 7.000 visitantes.cordoba park

La ciudad de Córdoba fue uno de los destinos más elegidos de la provincia durante el último fin de semana largo.
De acuerdo con los datos obtenidos por el Observatorio Turístico dependiente de la Dirección de Turismo de la Municipalidad de Córdoba, en el último fin de semana largo correspondiente al feriado por el 25 de mayo la ocupación hotelera alcanzó 58,7 por ciento, con una cantidad estimada de alojados de 7.108 personas, preferentemente en hoteles de cuatro y cinco estrellas.
Además, en colonias de vacaciones de la ciudad la ocupación alcanzó 55,6 por ciento, con un número estimado de alojados de 685.

Según el informe, la ciudad de Córdoba superó el porcentaje de ocupación general provincial, ubicándose entre los destinos más elegidos por los visitantes gracias a su variada oferta de actividades para invierno y, especialmente durante la celebración del 25 de Mayo, por contar con uno de los únicos cuatro cabildos que aún pueden visitarse en Argentina, donde tiene lugar año tras año el tradicional Cambio de Guardia de Honor, que usa uniformes de época.
En cuanto a la modalidad de alojamiento, los hoteles cinco estrellas tuvieron una ocupación de 66,08%; los cuatro estrellas fueron los más elegidos, con 67,02%; los tres estrellas tuvieron 62,80%; los dos estrellas alcanzaron 53%; y los de una estrella 58,52%. En tanto los apart-hoteles registraron una ocupación de 49,48% y los hostels, 53,59%.
Estos resultados se obtuvieron sobre una base de 10.716 plazas hoteleras de la ciudad de Córdoba.

La medición se realizó teniendo en cuenta el período del 23 al 24  de mayo inclusive, es decir, sobre dos noches y, en tal sentido, el promedio de pernoctación fue de 1,83 noches respecto de hotelería y de 1,7 noches en colonias.
En cuanto a las consultas recibidas en la Oficina de Información Turística, ascendieron a 249, 193 correspondientes a turistas argentinos y 56 a turistas extranjeros.
En cuanto a la procedencia, los visitantes argentinos provinieron principalmente de Buenos Aires, interior de la provincia de Córdoba y Santa Fe, en tanto los extranjeros llegaron principalmente desde Alemania, Francia, Brasil y Chile.
