El Sheraton ganador del Torneo Nacional de Chefs

Es un orgullo para la gastronomía de Córdoba anunciar que en el Torneo Nacional de Chefs de Hotelga 2013 el primer premio (Tenedor de Oro) fue para Sheraton Córdoba. Tal como estaba previsto, el día jueves 5 de septiembre culminó la competencia y se anunciaron los ganadores del torneo, finalizadas ya las las larguísimas jornadas de trabajo y cocina. Además hubo otros ganadores cordobeses, Dekura de Villa María ganó la mención al Plato Principal y el premio al compañerismo, y por último Vizno, recibió la mención en Higiene y manipulación de alimentos. En la entrega de premios estuvo presente Roberto Brunello, presidente de Fehgra (Federación de Hoteleros y Gastronómicos de la Argentina), quién se mostró muy satisfecho con la nueva edición del torneo.

Es una gran noticia que los equipos que nos representan como Provincia sean reconocidos a nivel nacional, esto demuestra claramente que el turismo gastronómico de Córdoba está en el nivel más alto del País. Cabe destacar que los equipos coque representaron a la Asociación Empresaria Hotelera Gastronómica Córdoba reconocidos en Hotelga, salieron del torneo Córdoba Cocina 2013.

En el acto de entrega de premios, Roberto Brunello, presidente de Fehgra (Federación de Hoteleros y Gastronómicos de la Argentina) remarcó que se habían cumplido todas las expectativas volcadas y felicitó a los chefs, “ los principales protagonistas de este torneo”.

Los ganadores del concurso fueron:

Tenedor de Plata: Tunet de Comodoro Rivadavia
Tenedor de Bronce: CityCenter de Rosario

Además se entregaron los siguientes premios:

Premio mejor entrada: Los Colonos de Puerto Madryn, Chubut
Premio mejor plato principal: DeKura de Villa María, Córdoba
Premio Mejor Postre: Restaurante Olivo de Paraná, Entre Ríos
Premio Higiene y Manipulación: Restaurante Vizno de Córdoba
Premio Menú de Vanguardia: Casa Tinta de Neuquén
Premio Compañerismo: DeKura de Villa María, Córdoba
Premio Mejor Presentación Carpeta de Menú: Hotel Design, El Calafate
