Finalizó con éxito el Curso de Capacitación “Compra, Recepción y Almacenamiento de materias primas” que presenta el Departamento de Capacitación Profesional de Fehgra.
El curso fué dictado por la profesora, Melisa Wajchman con el objetivo de brindar herramientas para adquirir las materias primas recibidas en un Hotel / Restaurante en las mejores condiciones de calidad y precio.

Temario desarrollado:
Compras y costos, Proceso de compra, Requerimiento de mercaderías. Costos del inventario, Compra de alimentos seguros, Proveedores, Especificaciones de Víveres, Código Alimentario Argentino, Recepción de Materias Primas, Documentación necesaria para la recepción de materias primas. Orden de compra. Remito o Factura. Planilla de registración de materias primas. Control del transporte de alimentos. Requisitos sanitarios del vehículo y del chofer según la Legislación Vigente. Rotulado y Etiquetado. Requisitos a cumplir por la industria elaboradora de alimentos: Inscripciones de establecimientos.
