Los chefs ganadores del Torneo Gastronómico Cordoba Cocina 2012 participarán de la accion solidaria que organiza la Asociacion Empresaria Hotelera Gastronómica Córdoba y la Asociacion Hospital  Infantil,  para la semana de la Familia.

 

CON SABOR SOLIDARIO

Luego del Torneo de Chefs Cordoba Cocina 2012, la Asociacion Empresaria Hotelera Gastronomica Córdoba se comprometió  a generar una accion solidaria junto a los chefs finalistas para una institucion sin fines de lucro.

Luego de colaborar con el Hospital Infantil en la recoleccion de tapitas plasticas para que puedan sostener sus acciones de promocion, prevencion y asistencia fuimos invitados a participar de los festejos que se llevarán a cabo por la semana de la Familia en dicho Hospital.

Ante esto y motivados por el compromiso que generamos en el Torneo Cordoba Cocina es que tuvimos la inicitiva de organizar “Cordoba Cocina para el Hospital Infantil”  en donde el lunes 22 de octubre durante todo el dia, los cocineros de los Restuarantes del Azur Real Hotel Boutique, Bistro del Poesta del Hotel Holiday Inn, Cruz de los Vientos del Hotel Quorum, San Leonardo de Agua de Oro y Sibaris del Hotel Windsor donarán  galletas y tortas que elaboraron en sus establecimientos,  para que los niños que se atienden en el hospital puedan decorarlos y llevarlos a sus hogares para disfrutarlos en familia.

La mercaderia utilizada para esta accion será donada por Supermercados Makro y nuestra entidad se hará cargo de toda la organización, papeleria y demas insumos necesarios para llevarla adelante.

De esta forma junto a la Asociacion del Hospital Infantil y  los cocineros de CORDOBA COCINA compartiremos un momento de recreacion y aprendizaje con los niños.
