Con mucho éxito se desarrollo el torneo “CÓRDOBA COCINA 2013”

Más de 6000 personas disfrutaron del Córdoba Cocina 2013

 

Finalizó el torneo gastronómico más grande del interior del país. Con asistencia record, más de 6000 asistentes disfrutaron de las impecables clases magistrales de Dolli Irigoyen, Narda Lepes, Isabel Vermal y Martín Ameijenda, y de la competencia de 13 equipos representando a lo mejor de la gastronomía de la provincia de Córdoba, que desplegaron de sus talentos para lograr el objetivo mayor durante dos jornadas en el Salón de Convenciones del Quorum Hotel.
Y llegó el momento más esperado cuando el presidente del Torneo Nacional “Buscando el Menú Argentino”, Jorge López Cortés anunció al Ganador: El 1º premio fue para Dekura (Villa María) integrado por Bruno y Agustín Sicoli, y Lucas Ríos.
Recibieron el premio de manos del Vice Intendente de la ciudad de Córdoba, Dr. Marcelo Cossar, Arq.Analía Righetti, Directora de Turismo de la Municipalidad de Córdoba; y Narda Lepes.
Dekura, junto a Sheraton Córdoba, La Tognole Gastronomique, Vizno y Gran Vadori serán los equipos cordobeses que participarán del Torneo Nacional de Chefs “Buscando el Menú Argentino” a desarrollarse en HOTELGA 2013, los días 2, 3, 4 y 5 de septiembre, en La Rural de Buenos Aires.
El martes, la competencia y las clases arrancaron con todo. El pastelero Martín Ameijenda y la muy querida Dolli Irigoyen fueron los encargados de deleitar con sus conocimientos a la concurrencia, que cada año es mayor. El miércoles el torneo continuó, la gente no paraba de llegar. Destino Córdoba, medio que cubrió el evento en su totalidad, tuvo el privilegio de dialogar con las principales figuras, Isabel Vermal y Narda Lepes.

Isabel Vermal opinó: “La organización me parece buenísima, siento que me tratan como una reina”. Y dió su apreciación sobre el turismo gastronómico: “A mi me encanta ese turismo gastronómico donde vos vas a la fuente donde el producto se genera y poder ver el producto colgado del árbol. O ir a buscar de cada lugar, lo que hace que ese que ese lugar sea único con sus propios productos para transformarlos en alimentos”. También destacó su particular afecto por los alfajores cordobeses, “son riquísimos, únicos en el País!!!”
A su turno, la chef Narda Lepes dió si visión acerca del turismo gastronómico: “La comida es lo único en el mundo que es transversal, nos cruza a todos, estés donde estés, hagas lo que hagas, comés. (…) En lo que más gasta la gente cuando viaja, es en comer”. Además opinó sobre el torneo: “Acá funciona todo, la estructura es excelente y hay muchísima gente que viene a verlo”. También reconoció como delicias a los dulces y los quesos de nuestra Provincia y desctacó a Villa María y a sus quesos. Luego de la entrevista, Narda maravilló a más de mil personas con su clase.
Así, el Torneo Córdoba Cocina organizado impecablemente por la Asociación Empresaria Hotelera Gastronómica de Córdoba cerró otra exitosa presentación, demostrando año a año un crecimiento en todo sentido: desde la asistencia de público, las figuras internacionales que se presentan, la prestigiosa lista de sponsor y la calidad de los establecimientos gastronómicos que compiten.
